I want to thank you for the information about wholesalers will bring new deals concerning bankruptcy and litigation.
Personally, I am in the process of purchasing a short sale property.
If I obtaim this property via a mortgage, then I will rehab and flip it.
In addition, I am trying to purchase a rental duplex that rents for $850 each. Cost is $84900.
The sellers will not negotiate the price. The duplex will need about $20000 to $25000 of work over the next five years.
I’m so excited about getting started. I have been watching your program for a while now and believed that you knew the ins and outs of the business and that is why when I saw your info commercial at 4:00 A.M. I called and signed up to attend your seminar. Now on 8/10/12 I will attending the 3 day class. I am ready to take action and change my life.

Great overview of lead sources! I am extremely interested in how to develop that kind of network to feed leads to me. Of course, I need to know how I can be in a position to execute (close) the deal on good opportunities. I am especially interested in learning all about how to locate distressed properties that can produce solid profits. My ultimate goal is to have multiple companies, structured in a way to maximize cash flow from the acquisition, disposition and management of real estate. Of course, minimzing tax consequences and personal liability, i.e., asset protection, are considerations as well. I will be attending the course in Houston 08/10 – 08/12 and am really looking forward to it. Thanks for bringing the course to Houston.

I would suggest taking the three day course to start with. Will will be amazed at the amount of information you will receive! Educating yourself is the key and you will need to keep educating yourself as you go. Good luck!

Andy and Aida, your credit score is less important than the quality of your deal. Find profit-making deals and you will find the lenders.
Hey Armando, thanks for this video it was very informative. I have been following your successful career in real estate for many years now, and just had a couple of general questions. my wife and I began purchasing real estate since 1997 and currently have 15 properties in 3 different states, including Austin and Denton Texas. I mention that because I know you have vast knowledge of Texas real estate. I was just wondering how bad my credit would effect going full throttle in buying and flipping real estate in todays market? I have never been a flipper, I am a holder, mainly with my children’s college future in mind of course. We have had nightmare tenants who have caused foreclosures in two of our properties in recent past and I now have a credit score of about 600. would this prevent me from getting involved and being successful in flipping properties? Credit isn’t as important as the quality of the deals when it comes to flipping houses. If you find deals with a good profit margin, you will find the lenders.
Trying to close on 3 short sales but have had to extend contracts 3 times. Seem had to get banks to says yes.
This is good information, Armando. How ever i missed half of the great staff on this Webinar because my computer was acting up. Is there any way you guys could post a replay of the entire Webinar? Hopefully sometime this weekend or within the next week!? DEAR ARMANDO MONTELONGO, I just finished your three day seminar in Richland, Washington. I really enjoyed Linda K. She did most of the talking. The other folks were also really nice. I want to be on the bus tour coming this August 24th, 25th and the 26th in California. I did sign up for it. My house is paid off and I’m trying to get a HELOC to pay for the Bus Tour and Mentor. So many people are concerned about poor or bad credit and how to find financing. I had all these questions I found a deal and then I had to choose my financing option. I found three sources for the money and all I had to do was put 1000K down earnst money to seal the contract. It can be done! Find the deal get involved with your local REIA and you will find the money.
I would like to start to make moeny and I Do not like the word but because it has a lot of bad meanings so how ever i Have A.D.H.D some What and I can’t Spell very well so If YOu Can Help me to make moeny at this I would like the change .to try to do that , I learn ok just slow at it. Thanks for the video! I attended your 3day course last October and I have tried to look for deals as well as fulfill the strategies and details I’ve learned. I have not given up because I strongly believe in the system that you present and had educated us on, but it has been really tough! I haven’t been able to afford a mentor or go through with lenders because I fall short on my credit!! It’s pretty discouraging at times, but I’m trying as much as I can and it sure is EXPENSIVE out here in Hawaii

I bought the kit last year but was unable to attend the seminar that took place a couple of days later. I’ve called and left e-mail messages and have never been able to get a callback or a return e-mail on when or where I could attend another seminar. The night I bought the kit I was told that I could just call the number on the paperwork. Wherecan I find out about the schedule for one of these?

hi Armando, i just found out that one my Uncle’s is losing his house according to the paper on his front door it will go on Auction in september 2012′, what can be done in a situation like this, please respond . thx
hi rueben you may try to call your local courthouse and ask for the mediation dept or if they have one. then go in and fill out paperwork to try and save your uncles home. that may stop sale or there is a program called i think saveourhome.com or a similar search that is a new program. or you may be able to talk to the bank and see how far behind he is in payments and try to pitch together as a family or do a benefit dinner or 50/50 raffle type thing to raise money to catch it up if bank is willing to let you. hope this helps. prayers to you and your family

I’ve had my Real Estate (RE) license since 2003 and have been in and out of RE ever since. I’ve also attended a whole bunch of seminars and for the first time in my life, I’m moved to take action. I listened to one of your coaches and analyzed everything he had to say. I’ve never had anyone tell me they will teach me the investment side of RE and work with me unitl I become successful. I’m taking a big gamble just to be able to attend the three-day workshop on 8/17/12 and I strongly believe it will pay off. I’ll be completing my masters degree in nursing in a few months and was planning to go into the PhD program. I still don’t believe it will make me the kind of money I need for me and my family. I think I finally know where my career will be heading to after completing my MSN. Thank you so much for all you do and may GOD continue to bless you and your family.

Rigth now all I have is hope and my dream that one day I will be a realstate champion like you Armando. I have to tell you that your education on RE is incridable. After attending the Bus Tour in July of 2012, I learned so much and I am continuosely learning. I have 3 properties under contract.I am GAP funding one myself because I could not find a GAP funder (profit will be $54K). I am looking for someone that want to JOINT VENTURE with me on the other 2 propertis so we can split the profit(profit $37K and $50k). I know I went over board a little at the biggining but you said Safety, Speed and Money. I am located in Boston, Massachusetts.
